Executive Director
AND's Executive Director has lived in the Beverly Morgan Park community her entire life. She began working for AND as an administrative assistant in 2014 after retiring from a career in teaching elementary education. She was promoted to Executive Director in February of 2017. She has a BA in Communications and an MA in Education from St. Xavier University.
As Executive Director, she is responsible for finding new sources of funding for the agency, serving as a liaison between the Board and staff, managing the agency's donations, organizing the agency's special events, and communicating information about the agency to the community through digital and print media.

Certified Domestic Violence Professional
AND's adult advocate is an Illinois Certified Domestic Violence Professional (ICDVP) and Legal Advocate who has been providing domestic violence counseling and legal advocacy to abuse victims in the Beverly Morgan Park community for over thirty years.
She spent most of her career as an employee of Rainbow House/Beverly Morgan Park in Chicago. After Rainbow House closed its office, she worked tirelessly with community residents and partners to help establish A New Direction Beverly Morgan Park, in response to the needs of individuals and families affected by domestic violence. She offers legal advocacy services, education, counseling and support at no charge to men and women in abusive relationships. In 2016, her work was recognized by the Cook County Board when she was awarded the Peggy Montes Unsung Heroine Award.

Children's Therapist
AND's Children's Therapist is a feminist relational therapist who specializes in the impact of trauma in children and adolescents. She received her Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago, completed a three year postgraduate course in trauma and has over fifteen years experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults.
She also provides clinical and community trainings on the impacts of divorce and trauma on children and adolescents. As a Certified Domestic Violence Professional at A New Direction Beverly Morgan Park, AND's Children's Therapist sees children and adolescents ages 3-18.
