WOWO: Barre Class at Morgan Park Academy

In this 60 minute class, participants will start with a warm up and sequence of upper-body exercises, which include free weights, push-ups, planks and other moves to target the biceps, triceps, chest, and back muscles. Next, a series of core exercises will target the abdominal muscles. Lastly, using your own body weight for resistance, we will focus on the thigh and seat muscles for a full body, low impact work out.
