Southside Knockout offers a variety of course and workout routines, including knockout (K.O.) training, boxing, women's cardio boxing, Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling.
K.O. Training is a full body workout that incorporates workouts from the highest levels of Division 1 wrestling, mixed martial arts, military, plyometrics, football, speed, agility and more. These full body courses will increase muscle definition, stamina, muscle memory and strength.
